To take advice from Principal & Vice principal for implementation of academic, co- curricular and extra curricular activities.

Assign duties and allocate the workload to all teaching members of the department.

Ensure Academic discipline in the department.

Inform the concerned authorities of any information of events taking place in the department from time to time.

To ensure exam related matters from the exam center and ensure the smooth functioning from the department.

Guide the faculty members of the department to improve the performance based  on feedback and improve the discipline & overall performance of the department.

With holding the Chairman position of Board of studies, need to conduct Board of studies meeting for Department of Management studies with external members to revise the syllabus on a regular basis.

Conduct Teacher- Parent meeting for regular assessment of the students of all semesters of the department.
