Dr. Jisna N is basically an MBA graduate and started her career as a Personal Assistant to Managing Director with Forest Industries Travancore limited, Aluva, Kerala.Earning few experience in industry shifted to Teaching profession and qualified National Eligibility Test with Junior Research Fellowership in the year 2011. Joined as Teaching Assistant in MHRM Department, Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management ( IISWBM) Kolkata, first Management College in India and after a year got admitted to Full time PhD in Business Management under Calcutta University.Her area of research interest was on Spiritual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence. She created an Integrated model on ” Spiritual Intelligence- Emotional Intelligence- Employee Commitment” in Service Industry in India. Worked as Assistant Professor with Bharata Mata College, Trikkakara, Kerala. Currently working with Sacred Heart for the last five years. She has a total of 14 years experience in teaching and research. She has coordinated a number of programs in the last five years in the campus. She has coordinated an Atal  Sponsered Faculty Development Program in the year 2024.
